Working in Partnerships

Driving service excellence

and innovation with you.

Our success is not just down to us. We know we can’t work alone and there are fantastic like-minded organisations out there that can help us to maximise people’s potential. The public, private and voluntary sectors all have a part to play.

Providing exceptional local knowledge and tailored experiences, our partners share our values, ethos and best practice and in turn, helps us drive service excellence and innovation. We have a rigorous selection process to determine the most appropriate organisations to help us support people to further their journey.

And with a healthy supplier base that drives competition and mutually beneficial commercial arrangements, we have the flexibility to deal with risk.

If you share our vision, you can also share:

  • An ever-expanding network of like-minded partner organisations for mutual benefit and shared knowledge, with opportunities to advance your own organisation’s work
  • A value-based culture of respect, honesty and mutual support
  • A wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise in the industry
  • Robust supply chains and ethical procurement systems
  • Greater opportunities to help more individuals, families and communities
  • A wider reach into excluded groups and communities, through our infrastructure and funding base
  • Greater political influence, helping shape policy through involvement in debates and research

If you would like to work with us in the future, please contact us or call 0800 917 9262.
